  1. Promoter: Earnscleugh Castle Limited, 754 Earnscleugh Rd, Clyde, Central Otago. 
  2. Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents aged 18+ only. Employees of Earnscleugh Castle, its partners (Bike It Now, Matt Connell Wines, Scapegrace, The Packing Shed, Monte Christo), and their immediate families are ineligible. 
  3. Entry Period: Opens Friday April 10 2026 and closes 11:59pm NZDT on 8 May 2026. Late entries invalid. 
  4. Entry Limits: One entry per person. Bonus entries can be secured.
  5. Prize: As described. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative. Subject to availability. Activities may be substituted for suitable alternatives if unsuitable. Stay must be taken between 1 June to 31 October 2026 (blackout dates may apply; winner chooses subject to availability). 
  6. Age: Both guests must be 18 years and over. 
  7. Winner Selection & Notification: One winner drawn at random on 7 May 2026 using a certified random-number generator. Winner contacted via Facebook/Instagram DM or the email provided in newsletter signup. If unreachable within 7 days, a redraw occurs. Promoter’s decision is final – no correspondence entered into. 
  8. Prize Redemption: Winner must provide full names, contact details and confirm travel dates within 21 days of notification. Flights, car hire and activities booked by promoter. Any additional costs (e.g. travel insurance, meals not included, upgrades) are winner’s responsibility.

  10. Privacy: Personal information collected solely for competition administration and marketing (with your consent via newsletter). You may opt out anytime. See our Privacy Policy. Winner’s name and photo may be published on our social channels. 
  11. Liability: To the extent permitted by law, promoter and partners accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered. We are not liable for entries lost, delayed or corrupted.
